Sr Coordinator, Sales Support & Operations

Ameritas is seeking a Sr Coordinator, Sales Support & Operations to help drive sales effectiveness for our financial and insurance products. In this role, you'll coordinate sales operations activities, maintain CRM data, prepare reports and forecasts, and support field teams with proposals, pricing, and documentation. You'll troubleshoot issues, streamline processes, and partner with sales, marketing, and service teams to improve workflows and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day sales support and operations activities for financial and insurance products
• Maintain and validate CRM data to ensure accurate pipelines and sales reporting
• Prepare sales reports, dashboards, and forecasts for leaders and sales teams
• Support field and internal sales teams with proposals, pricing, quotes, and documentation
• Troubleshoot sales process and system issues, escalating as needed
• Partner with sales, marketing, and customer service to streamline workflows
• Document and improve sales operations processes and procedures
• Assist with onboarding and support of sales tools and platforms
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and industry regulations in sales processes
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer and advisor experience
