Description
The Corporate Venue Sales & Partnerships Manager drives revenue through facility rentals and corporate event partnerships across all Morgan’s entities. This role is the relationship lead for the full rental sales cycle—working with sales and events managers from the Morgan’s team on lead generation, contracting, event execution— ensuring a seamless, mission aligned guest experience. The Manager also identifies opportunities to convert rental clients into long term supporters through sponsor ships, corporate giving, and employee engagement.
RequirementsRevenue Generation Expectations
- Contributes to the organization’s overall $2,000,000 revenue goal through facility rentals
- Maintains an active rental pipeline and reports on conversions, revenue, and customer insights
- Develop and execute a proactive sales strategy for facility rentals across all Morgan’s entities
- Generate leads, conduct outreach, manage inquiries, and deliver timely proposals and pricing
- Serve as the primary point of contact for rental clients, providing site tours and coordinating availability
- Partner with Operations, Events, Finance, and Legal teams to support contracting, deposits, insurance, and event logistics
- Works closely with Development Events Manager on all Morgan’s Signature events
- Ensure a seamless Morgan’s client experience from booking through post event follow up
- Track rental revenue, maintain accurate CRM/booking system records, and report on performance
- Identify opportunities to convert rental clients into corporate sponsors, donors, or engagement partners
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure rental activities align with mission, brand standards, and guest experience expectations
- Support corporate engagement at events, cultivation activities, and stewardship touchpoints
- Maintain awareness of market trends and competitive pricing to inform rental strategy
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Communications, Event Management, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in facility rentals, event sales, corporate partnerships, or related work
- Experience managing client relationships and revenue generating sales cycles
- Nonprofit or mission driven experience preferred
- Strong customer service and relationship building skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Highly organized, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple events and deadlines
- Highly sales driven mindset with comfort in outreach and negotiation
