Specialty Sales Representative – Cardiometabolic Rare Disease

Role

Specialty Sales Representative driving launch and growth of Arrowhead's cardiometabolic RNAi therapies, including Plozasiran for rare cardiovascular conditions.

• develop data-driven territory plans, execute prescriber engagement, differentiate therapies, build stakeholder relationships, and collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Medical, and Market Access teams. Manage complex healthcare environments, navigate access barriers, and ensure compliant, impactful field activity.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 5+ years pharmaceutical sales experience, success in launching complex therapies, preferably 3+ years in specialty, rare disease, or cardiovascular areas; experience with IDNs preferred.

• strong account management, clinical data communication, relationship building, strategic planning, resilience, and target achievement.

• focus on RNAi therapeutics (small molecules, biologics, gene silencing), late-stage clinical or post-marketing (launch phase), complex healthcare system navigation, and cross-functional collaboration.

• ~30% travel, regional/national engagement, hybrid/field-based.
