SmallBusiness Unit Account Manager Compensation Package
- Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 annually
- Benefits:

- Manage a portfolio of small business accounts with premiums ranging from $0 to $50,000.
- Handle full A-to-Z account management, including service, retention, certificates, endorsements, invoicing, and client communication.
- Quote and market/remarket policies, with a heavier focus on renewals than new business.
- Manage agency bill and direct bill responsibilities.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
- Efficiently handle a high volume of emails and activities, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with assistants on tasks such as certificates, endorsements, and policy updates (e.g., adding/deleting vehicles or locations).
- Licenses/Certifications:
Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License in Texas is required. - Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in commercial insurance, specifically with small market accounts.
- Proven ability to manage new business, renewals, invoicing, and client relationships.
- Technical
Skills:- Proficiency in Applied EPIC software is required.
- Strong workflow and process management skills.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Self-discipline and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
