This is an in-office sales position where you'll have access to warm leads, hands-on coaching, structured support, and opportunities to increase your income through commissions and bonuses. We're looking for someone who is comfortable having sales conversations, following up consistently, and turning opportunities into long-term client relationships.

- Identify insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
- Quote and sell auto, home, life, and commercial insurance products
- Build strong relationships with new and existing clients
Consistently follow up with prospects throughout the sales process - Work toward individual and agency production goals
- Maintain accurate client and prospect records
- Follow agency procedures and Farmers guidelines
What We're Looking For
We're looking for a sales-minded professional who is competitive, personable, organized, and motivated by achieving goals. Previous insurance or sales experience is strongly preferred.
- Active Texas Property & Casualty License
or willingness to obtain - Previous sales, insurance, or customer service experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Goal-oriented and comfortable working toward production targets
- Coachable and receptive to feedback
- Organized and confident using technology and CRM systems
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus
