OVERVIEW:This position is responsible for executing the Sales Strategy on behalf ofKering
Beauté–with the current focus onThe House of Creed.
This person Will serve as anambassadorfor their assigned region and plays a key role in coaching and developing thefield team and in-storesalesteaminthe Customer Experiencewhilechampioning sales goals andeffectivelyrepresenting
Kering
Beautéin their region.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:Works directly with National Sales Director to execute sales strategy of the company and brands, including but not limited to:

Region. - Works in partnership with
National
Sales Director toidentifygrowth and opportunities. - Mentor,coachand develop sales leaders to elevate performance,engagement and career development.
- Build and foster strong relationships with all store management and retailer regionaldirectors.
- Manage Customer Experienceexpectations withintotalregion.
- Ensure best-in-class execution of merchandising, brand positioning, and customer experience standards at the store level.
- Collaborate with marketing, training, and events teams to ensure impactful product launches, promotional activities, and in-store initiatives.
- Effectively executes operational functions ona timelybasisincludingsubmittingexpense reports, Retail Action Plans,and Budget planning.
- Uses critical thinking and provides feedback to Companyto improveefficienciesinprocessandexecution in the field.
- Embodiesthecompanyvision to inspire our clients through beauty innovations and the narrative of luxury while championing company practices and culture.
- Seeksto promote and cultivate the company and brand awareness with external partners.
- Travelweeklyto Regional Sales Managers, Account Executives and Account Coordinatorsregions.
- Supportmanagerswith interviewing candidates for final decision.
- Bachelor’s degree in businessfieldpreferred
- Relevantsalesexperience(7-10) within the beautyor fragranceindustry, with a preference for a background in the luxury sector
- Demonstratedproficiencyin delivering excellent customer service andprofitableclienteling.
- Strong leadership qualities, including the ability to manage, motivate, and coach a teamof salespeople– this requires a proven track recordof successfulcoachingusing open-ending asking,“teach”as opposed to a ‘tell’approach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including listening skills.
- Technically savvy, specifically MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel, &Outlookproficiency
- Innovativethinkerwith a bestpracticesapproach tounderstandingbusiness, including the ability to analyze the business andidentifynew functional growth opportunities.
- Strong relationship building / interpersonal skills and skilled in negotiations.
- Well-organizedresulting in the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Initiativetakerwho excelsin collaborative work and thinking andholdsthemselves accountable for meeting deadlines and deliverables.
- Physical ability to move about in store, kneeling, stooping, using stairs, carrying, bending, stretching,twisting,and lifting upto
40pounds. - Comfortable traveling, including airplane travel, driving, and other modes of transport as necessary and fiscally responsible.
- Ability to work in an entrepreneurial,fast-paced environment while beingadaptable to change.
- Comfortable working with a small team and willing to take on new challenges/opportunities as they arise.
