• Work agency‑provided opportunities and warm leads
• Contact prospective clients and identify coverage needs
• Prepare quotes and explain available insurance options
• Sell auto, home, life, and commercial insurance products
• Cross‑sell additional products when appropriate
• Maintain consistent prospect and client follow‑up
• Develop lasting relationships that support agency retention and growth
• Meet established monthly sales and activity goals
• Maintain accurate documentation within agency systems

Who Will Succeed in This Role?

You don’t need to know everything on day one, but you do need to be motivated to learn, comfortable being held accountable to goals, and willing to consistently follow up with prospective clients.

Ideal candidates will bring:

• Active Texas Property & Casualty License or willingness to obtain
• Sales, insurance, customer service, or relationship‑building experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Confidence speaking with prospective customers by phone and in person
• Ability to manage leads and follow‑up activity
• Competitive and self‑motivated attitude
• Coachability and willingness to learn
• Strong organizational and technology skills
• Bilingual English/Spanish abilities are a plus
