Dental Sales Representative

Base Salary: $80,000–$95,000 + 40K commission
On-Target Earnings: $120,000–$135,000+
Territory:
San Antonio/Waco/Austin

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Dental Sales Representative to join our Houston team. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced B2B sales professional looking to build a rewarding career selling a comprehensive portfolio of premium dental products.

You’ll call on dental practices throughout the Houston market, developing new business while strengthening relationships with existing customers.

• Prosthetics
• Surgical instruments
• Biomedicals
• Additional dental solutions and products

• Develop and grow relationships with dental offices throughout the assigned territory.
• Prospect and generate new business opportunities.
• Present product solutions that meet customer needs.
• Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on features and benefits.
• Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales goals.
• Maintain accurate sales activity and customer records.
• Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up.

• Minimum 2 years of outside B2B sales experience required.
• Experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or dental sales strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the Houston territory.
