Business Growth Development Specialist (Healthcare) – Home Health Pediatrics
Premier Pediatric Therapy is hiring a Business Growth Development Specialist to help drive our continued growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on relationship‑building, strategic outreach, and making a meaningful impact within the pediatric healthcare space.

As a growing provider of pediatric therapy services, we offer in‑home and hybrid options designed to increase access, consistency, and impact across the communities we serve.
Responsibilities- Work closely with the Texas In‑Home team to drive growth by increasing patient referrals and attracting qualified applicants.
- Build and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships with regional referral partners, including physicians, community care providers, hospitals, and managed care organizations.
- Conduct consistent and meaningful sales calls targeting new and current customers within assigned markets.
- Serve as a role model of the organization’s core values, working with the director to formulate an operational plan for assigned markets.
- Collaborate with other leaders within and the organization to achieve quality, satisfaction, and financial goals, performing all duties in accordance with regulatory, compliance, and organizational policies and procedures.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field and 3 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or marketing; healthcare sector experience is preferred.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong, long‑lasting partnerships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to travel within the designated territory.
