Geo Owl is seeking multiple Journeyman Geolocation Operators to support a critical mission in San Antonio, TX. Operators will conduct direct, on-site, real-time operations utilizing certified skills in both active and passive geolocation methodologies for real-world SIGINT missions. In addition to mission execution, this role is responsible for mentoring less experienced operators, advancing tradecraft standards, and supporting training development. Candidates must be able to work rotating shifts as required by mission needs.
ResponsibilitiesLead time-sensitive active and passive geolocation operations to locate and track targets of interest.
Provide rapid, actionable geolocation results to supported units.
Mentor and train apprentice-level operators on systems, tradecraft, and TTPs.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of training resources and tradecraft development.
Fuse geolocation results with other intelligence disciplines for comprehensive targeting support.
Maintain proficiency through current certifications and advanced platform qualifications.
Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
.Current certifications in basic operations, passive, and active geolocation methods and technologies.
Formal training and/or demonstrated proficiency in relevant foreign language(s).
Previous experience executing advanced geolocation operations in multi-technology domains.
Strong understanding of TDOA/FDOA, direction finding, and multi-platform integration.
Ability and willingness to obtain increasingly complex geolocation certifications.
3–6 years of geolocation/SIGINT/EW targeting experience preferred.
