We're a global team of bold, passionate innovators developing ground-breaking biological technologies designed to sustainably and safely control insects that transmit deadly diseases and devastate crops. As insects pose growing threats to human health, food systems, and global stability, our work has never been more urgent or more exciting.

And now, we're expanding into the United States, opening a brand-new biotech facility right here in Texas.

You may have a background in:

  • Entomology
  • Insect husbandry
  • Biology, zoology, or agricultural science
  • Molecular biology or biotechnology with an interest in insect systems

For scientist roles you will have a first degree in a relevant subject (e.g. biological sciences, zoology, entomology, or agricultural sciences etc.).

For senior roles, we welcome applicants with relevant postgraduate qualifications as well as significant insectary/transformation experience.

Experience in any of the following is required:

  • Insect husbandry and colony management
  • Maintaining, feeding, and monitoring insect life stages
  • Setting up controlled environment in sectaries
  • Robust experimental design and data collection
  • Genetic transformation of insect life stages (including microinjection)
  • Insect transformation techniques (e.g., transgenesis, CRISPR-based modifications)
  • Microscopy
  • Phenotyping, screening, and tracking lineage genetics
  • Vector biology, agricultural pests, or model insect systems
  • Environmental or biosafety compliance in insect facilities

Most importantly: you care deeply about scientific quality, animal welfare, and the global good your work supports.

Why Join Us?

Your Work Will Help:

  • Reduce the burden of diseases
  • Protect crops and strengthen food security
  • Deliver sustainable, scalable solutions that safeguard communities
  • Support a world adapting to changes in insect populations

As one of the early insectary and transformation specialists in our US expansion, you'll help design and shape new insect facilities, workflows, and scientific capabilities in a high-growth, mission-driven environment. You'll be part of a team that's united by purpose with brilliant, curious minds driven by one shared mission: to improve lives and livelihoods around the world.

This is more than a job. It's a mission. Join us.
