What You’ll Do

• Provide customer service by following security‑related procedures and site‑specific policies throughout the retail location.
• Respond to incidents and/or critical situations with a calm and problem‑solving approach.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols within the retail environment and along the perimeter to help deter unwanted activity.
• Monitor for suspicious behavior and report any unusual activities according to Allied Universal protocols.
• Support access control procedures, including checking credentials and monitoring entry and exit points.
• Assist with emergency response activities as directed, coordinating with local authorities when necessary.
• Complete detailed incident reports and document observations during patrols.
• Maintain a professional presence while interacting with visitors, customers, and staff at the location.

Minimum Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Level III Armed Certification required for Texas only.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry‑specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
