Armed Security Officer - Visitors Center Access

Allied Universal -  -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to staff and visitors at a financial institution location by following site-specific policies, access control procedures, and emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate internal contacts and emergency services as required by post orders;
Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter to deter unwanted activity and identify security-related concerns;
Monitor alarms, cameras, and other security-related systems, document observed activity, and report concerns through the established chain of communication;
Complete detailed incident reports, patrol logs, and shift handoffs, and support operations by assisting with customer inquiries and directing visitors to appropriate areas
