Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control practices, and emergency response activities appropriate to the location.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts and/or supervisors as needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.;
Monitor entrances, exits, and key areas of the location, verifying authorized access and reporting unusual conditions, maintenance issues, and/or policy violations.;
Support daily operations at an automotive finance location by observing activity, assisting visitors and staff, and following Allied Universal post orders and client-directed protocols.
