Job Schedule:

Day Time Fri 05:00 PM - 11:30 PM Sat 05:00 PM - 11:30 PM Sun 05:00 PM - 11:30 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and/or staff by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities within a retail location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying appropriate personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the store, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor entrances, exits, high-traffic areas, and restricted spaces for unusual behavior, policy violations, and/or potential theft-related activity.
• Support security-related operations during opening, closing, cash movement, and special events while maintaining professional presence and following post orders.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A Level III Armed Guard Card is required in Texas only.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
