San Antonio, TX (Onsite; 9pm - 5am)

Security Operations Center (SOC) Night Shift Associate Manager will manage a team of SOC Analysts who assess, analyze, and respond to global security incidents. This role oversees standard operating procedures and quality assurance, monitors cameras and alarms, dispatches associated calls, operates access control technology, and provides general assistance to SOC Analysts. The manager partners with crisis management stakeholders and facilitates necessary escalations for incidents ranging from extreme weather to political instability, crime, terror, civil unrest, and other personnel issues.

Additionally, the manager handles customer service tasks for travelers, static employees, and third parties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of SOC Analysts on the night shift that supports a 24/7/365 operation
  • Oversee daily operations of the SOC, including Leadership Briefings, Career Development, Performance Achievement, Time and Attendance, Shift Scheduling, and Training
  • Conduct training and tabletop exercises to improve SOC protocols and operator proficiency
  • Develop guidance procedures, review processes, and workflows to create efficiencies
  • Collaborate with SOC and security team members to prepare for, respond to, and recover from incidents and crisis events that may impact Accenture
  • Communicate and disseminate information using established communication processes
  • Ensure senior security management is apprised of all significant local and global events in real-time, and maintain documentation
  • Liaise, notify, assist, and direct external emergency personnel and internal resources as necessary
  • Interface with security officers, managers, guard force, facilities management, and other operations support functions
  • Fulfill the role of a SOC Operator as needed (answer routine and emergency calls, monitor alarms and video equipment, including fire/alarm, door alarms, and duress alarms)
  • Perform other tasks and duties of a similar nature and scope as assigned
  • Provide coverage for staffing gaps on other shifts as needed
Hours & Shift Requirements
  • Night Shift Associate Manager (9 pm - 5 am). Requires consistent availability during nights, weekends, and holidays to ensure continuity of coverage and real-time decision-making.
Basic Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Military, Law Enforcement, Government, Corporate Security, Customer Service, Communications, or Academia
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in security operation centers
Preferred Qualifications
  • Supervisory experience in a Security Operation or Command Center role
  • Experience working with Intrusion Detection, Access Control, and CCTV systems
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Bilingual (English, Spanish, Portuguese)
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
