Perform hotel security duties and procedures to ensure the safety and security of guests, employees and the property as well as the property's assets;
Patrol and inspect assigned areas including public areas and outside grounds, monitor surveillance, and coordinate towing or access control as needed;
Maintain security procedures and logs, secure guest rooms, assist with room access, and escort staff/guests as required;
Investigate loss and safety incidents and comply with regulations to prevent/minimize risk; document reports to police, insurance, and legal teams;
Provide training on safety and security issues and communicate hazardous situations to management
