Job Skills / Requirements

MUST HAVE:
Active Texas DL & Security License

MUST HAVE:
Previous DRIVING Patrol experience

This is an OVERNIGHT position. This role involves conducting street patrols of sites all over San Antonio in a company vehicle. Must be able to hit multiple sites (70+) sites over the course of your shift (8-12 hours).

Key responsibilities

Patrols and monitoring:
Regularly patrol assigned areas across San Antonio, including building exteriors, and parking lots, primarily in a vehicle, but could include "dismounting" the vehicle to secure doors, pools etc. Observe and report any suspicious activity, unauthorized persons, or safety hazards.

Incident response:
Promptly respond to alarms, disturbances, and emergency calls, and take appropriate action. This includes assessing the situation, and coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services.

Enforcement of policies:
Inform violators of site rules and policies and, when necessary, evict trespassers while following all legal and procedural guidelines.

Reporting and documentation:
Create detailed and accurate reports of all incidents, irregularities, surveillance activities, and daily patrol logs.

Education Requirements (All)

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Certification Requirements (All)

Active Texas Driver's License

Non-commissioned Security Officer
