As a Security Officer - Armed Mobile Patrol in San Antonio, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls. • Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a retail location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, including while serving in an armed patrol post.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the store, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter to help deter unwanted activity and/or identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, observe customer and employee activity, and/or report suspicious behavior, policy violations, and incidents according to site procedures.
• Support loss prevention and asset protection efforts by documenting observations, assisting with incident response, and/or communicating clearly with local management and public responders when needed.

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A Level III Armed Security License is required in Texas only.
• CPR/First Aid is preferred and may be completed post hire.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
