Pay Rate$14.00 / Hour
Job Schedule- Mon 02:00 PM - 10:30 PM
- Tue 02:00 PM - 10:30 PM
- Fri 02:00 PM - 10:30 PM
- Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a busy retail location.
- Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining a visible armed presence.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the store, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.
- Monitor access points, observe customer and employee activity, and report suspicious behavior, theft-related concerns, and/or operational issues according to site procedures.
- Support store personnel and local authorities when needed during alarms, medical events, disturbances, and/or other security-related incidents.
- A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
