Inner Parish Security Corporation (IPSC) is seeking a professional, motivated, and dependable Site Supervisor to lead security operations and ensure contract compliance, operational excellence, and exceptional customer service. This position requires a hands‑on leader who can effectively manage personnel, communicate with clients, and maintain a professional security operation.

• Previous supervisory experience required
• Valid Texas Security Guard Card (TOPS II or TOPS III)
• Open availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to create and manage employee schedules
• Reliable transportation and active cellphone
• Ability to stand, walk, patrol, and work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to pass a drug screen
• Prior military, law enforcement, or security experience preferred

• Supervise, support, and develop security personnel
• Ensure all posts are properly staffed and covered
• Conduct training and retraining of officers
• Maintain client and company compliance standards
• Complete reports, audits, and required documentation
• Address performance issues and provide coaching
• Perform site inspections and security patrols
• Respond to incidents and provide leadership during emergencies
• Communicate effectively with management and client representatives

• Walk, stand, sit, climb, and patrol for extended periods
• Lift up to 50 pounds when required
• Read and interpret written information
• Make sound decisions in emergency situations
