Seeking a Security Operations Dispatcher / Security Command Center Specialist to support enterprise physical security operations within a large corporate environment. This role is responsible for monitoring the safety and security of employees, contractors, visitors, and facilities through a centralized security operations center.

The ideal candidate has experience in dispatch operations, alarm monitoring, security operations centers, emergency communications, public safety, corporate security, or command center environments and can effectively manage multiple incidents in a fast-paced setting.

• Monitor enterprise security systems and facilities using multiple security platforms
• Receive, assess, prioritize, and dispatch security incidents
• Coordinate response efforts with Security Officers, leadership teams, and external emergency responders
• Monitor access control systems, alarm systems, video surveillance platforms, and dispatch systems
• Track incidents from initiation through resolution
• Escalate critical security events to appropriate stakeholders
• Document incidents and maintain accurate reporting records
• Coordinate communications during security events and emergencies
• Support business continuity and emergency response activities
• Monitor intelligence sources and security alerts affecting employees, facilities, and operations
• Provide real-time operational support within a Security Operations Center (SOC) or Global Security Operations Center (GSOC)

• 2+ years of security operations, dispatch, emergency communications, command center, or related experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced operational environment
• Strong situational awareness and decision-making skills
• Ability to quickly learn and utilize multiple technology platforms
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
• Strong attention to detail and incident documentation skills
• Proactive mindset with the ability to identify issues and escalat(e) appropriately
