Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $15.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 04:15 PM – 11:30 PM
• Sat: 09:00 AM – 04:15 PM
• Sun: 09:00 AM – 04:15 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a retail location.
• Respond to incidents, suspicious activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner while documenting details and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the store, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.
• Monitor entrances, exits, high‑traffic areas, and restricted spaces to help identify potential concerns and support loss prevention and asset protection efforts.
• Interact with staff, visitors, and vendors in a professional manner while supporting access control, reporting hazards or maintenance concerns, and following post orders.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Level III Armed Guard Card is required in Texas only.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred and may be completed post hire.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry‑specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
