19.50 Hourly US Dollar (USD) pay basis

The Loss Prevention Officer plays a vital role in preventing theft and keeping the hotel guests, customers, and colleagues safe. This is a fast‑paced position with customer‑facing interaction that requires organization and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work afternoons and evenings on any day including weekends and holidays.

• Conduct foot patrols throughout the property
• Respond to medical emergencies on the premises
• Assist customers, guests, and colleagues with any security related issues or questions
• Monitor and review camera footage
• Assist with security office duties - answer phones, dispatch calls, sign in visitors, handle lost and found, and conduct bag checks
• Perform all duties as assigned by the Security Supervisor and Security Director

• Refined verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and walk moderate distances
• The ideal candidate will be able to work mornings, afternoons, and evening shifts on any day, including weekends, and holidays
• Proficient in basic computer skills
• Previous security experience and customer service or hotel experience preferred
• CPR and AED Certified is a plus.
