As a Security Officer - Armed Cleared (DOD Facility) in San Antonio, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense and more.

As a Patrol Officer in the Aero/Defense location, you will be responsible for monitoring and patrolling designated areas to help deter security-related incidents. This role requires an armed designation, and you must possess a valid driver's license. Your duties include conducting routine patrols and maintaining a visible presence to assist in preventing potential issues. You will also provide exceptional customer service and communication, embodying our values of agility, reliability, and innovation.

Day Time:
Mon 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM, Sat 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM, Sun 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by implementing security procedures and site-specific policies, and engage in emergency response activities when necessary.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations with a calm and problem-solving approach.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter, adapting to varying working environments and conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with AU Driver Policy Requirements.
• Level III Armed Certification is required for positions in Texas.
• An active DoD Top Secret Clearance is required for this position.
• Texas Security Armed Guard Card is required.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
