Security Supervisor
Provide on‑site leadership and supervision for all assigned security personnel. Serve as the primary liaison between M1 Global and client facility management. Train and supervise staff on emergency response procedures, fire safety measures, and injury and incident reporting processes. Ensure full compliance with M1 Global’s internal policies, protocols, and performance standards. Conduct site inspections, document risk conditions, incidents, and safety concerns, and report findings to client and company leadership.
Support emergency initiatives, incident response, and operational readiness. Manage security‑related equipment and patrol vehicles, ensuring proper use and maintenance. Foster productive, collaborative relationships with client stakeholders and internal teams. Implement and maintain effective communication protocols for seamless coordination.
- Supervisory experience managing uniform security staff.
- Background in security or safety operations within logistics, fulfillment, or industrial settings.
- Prior experience in the security industry, military, or law enforcement.
- Strong knowledge of emergency procedures, safety standards, and personnel training.
- Must successfully complete all pre‑employment screenings and meet local licensing requirements.
