As a Cleared Armed Security Officer - DOD Aero Patrol in San Antonio, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense and more .

As an Armed Patrol Officer in an aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents. This is an armed post, requiring you to carry out your duties with professionalism and attention to detail. You will interact with personnel and visitors, providing excellent customer service and clear communication. Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by following security procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor for and report any suspicious behavior or security-related incidents within the aerospace and defense location.
• Assist with access control by verifying credentials and monitoring entry and exit points.
• Support emergency response activities according to established protocols for the location.

• A valid driver's license is required for positions that involve driving and must be issued in the state of employment.
• Level III Armed Security Officer Certification is required for armed positions in Texas.
• An active Department of Defense Clearance is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
