* The Loss Prevention Officer plays a vital role in preventing theft and keeping the hotel guests, customers, and colleagues safe. This is a fast-paced position with customer-facing interaction that requires organization and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work afternoons and evenings on any day including weekends and holidays.

** Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:*
* + Supervising and dispatching the Bellstand function of the hotel

+ Dispatching calls and answering phones

+ Conduct foot patrols throughout the property

+ Monitor and review camera footage

+ Monitoring the employee entrance, signing out guest passes to vendors, and conducting bag checks.

+ Responding to medical emergencies on the premises

+ Assist customers, guests, and colleagues with any security related issues or questions

+ Perform all duties as assigned by the Security Supervisor/Director

+ A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.

+ Refined verbal and written communication skills.

+ Ability to stand for long periods of time and walk moderate distances.

+ The ideal candidate will be flexible with all shifts, and able to work weekends, and holidays

+ Proficient in basic computer skills.

+ Previous security experience and customer service experience preferred.

+ CPR and AED Certified is a plus
