Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report relevant details according to site protocols;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the store, surrounding property, and perimeter to help to identify unusual activity and/or policy violations;
Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help to deter unauthorized activity, support loss prevention efforts, and assist visitors and staff as needed;
Observe and document conditions at the location, communicate with store personnel and/or local responders when appropriate, and follow post orders for daily operations
