$50 Sign‑On Bonus – Active Guard Card & Licensed? Officers who join with an active Guard Card on file will receive a $50 Sign‑On Bonus, paid out upon successful completion of 90 days of employment.

• Acknowledge and greet all residents and guests in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Manage all guest/visitor access as needed and eject trespassers or violators from premises when deemed necessary.
• Verify credentials of incoming and outgoing individuals/vehicles.
• Document and maintain a log of visitors and notify residents of visitors’ arrival.
• Assist in protecting others and equipment while enforcing policies and procedures.
• Monitor and detect any suspicious behavior to assist in the prevention of vandalism, theft or other criminal behavior.
• Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms.
• Patrol the perimeter (interior/exterior) to identify potential safety and security risks.
• Warn violators of infractions (e.g., loitering, smoking or possession of prohibited items).
• Respond to calls of distress, alarms, or emergencies such as fire, injuries or unauthorized individuals by contacting local first responders.
• Identify and report any and all concerns (safety, security breaches, unusual circumstances) in a timely manner.
• Ensure accuracy and timely submission of required documentation (reports/documents).
• Ensure all rules/regulations are being enforced and followed.

• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Basic computer skills.
• Must be able to multitask and prioritize assigned tasks.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Minimum of one year of customer service experience.
• Minimum of one year of security experience.
• Must be able to pass pre‑employment screening (background and drug).
