Job Skills / RequirementsTri Corps Security is hiring professional and motivated Armed Level III Security Officers to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. Applicants must hold a valid Texas PSB Level III License (Armed Security Officer) and demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and sound judgment.
As a Tri Corps officer, you will play a vital role in protecting employees, visitors, and property while maintaining a professional presence and delivering exceptional service. This position requires attentiveness, effective communication, and the ability to respond confidently to any situation.
Responsibilities- Monitor and control access to client properties, ensuring authorized entry and maintaining security standards.
- Provide courteous assistance to employees, visitors, and vendors while representing Tri Corps with professionalism.
- Enforce site-specific rules, regulations, and procedures to ensure the safety of personnel and facilities.
- Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies or security incidents, coordinating with management or local authorities as needed.
- Conduct regular patrols to identify potential security risks and address safety concerns.
- Prepare accurate reports detailing daily activities, incidents, and observations.
- Support management and client directives to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
- Maintain a professional appearance, demeanor, and attitude at all times.
- Remain alert, observant, and proactive throughout each shift.
- Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Demonstrate calm judgment and professionalism in all interactions.
- Uphold Tri Corps standards of integrity, reliability, and service excellence.
- Positions available in San Antonio, Texas and surrounding areas.
- Full-time and part-time shifts available, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- TX PSB Level 3 Armed License
- Valid State
- CPR
- First Aid
- AED
