Provide visible presence at store entrances/exits to deter theft and ensure security.;
Walk the sales floor to identify theft indicators and address potential theft as directed by Store Leadership.;
Partner with Store Leadership to ensure compliance with Loss Prevention directives and minimize shortage.;
Monitor Code 50 package inspection policy and communicate findings to Loss Prevention.;
Maintain professional appearance and represent the Ross brand while supporting loss prevention initiatives.
