Monitor and ensure completion of background investigations processing, tracking, and documentation for all civilian and contract employees with OPM and CAF;
Develop, refine, and implement personnel security policies and procedures to ensure full compliance and improve efficiency;
Maintain current security clearance records and initiate reviews to ensure max security clearance;
Provide regular training to staff related to security clearances and background investigations;
Analyze effectiveness of ongoing personnel security programs from direct and indirect sources
