Monitor and ensure completion of processing, tracking, and documentation of all completed background investigations for all civilian and contract employees to and from Office of Personnel Management and Central Adjudication Facility.;
Develop, refine, and implement personnel security policies and procedures to ensure full compliance and improve efficiency.;
Maintain current security clearance records and files and initiate independent reviews as required on all personnel having access to classified material.;
Provide regular training to staff related to security clearances and background investigation requirements.;
Analyze information on the effectiveness of ongoing personnel security programs.
