Concierge Security Officer

Overview

Garda World Security Services is now hiring a Concierge Security Officer. Ready to suit up as a Security Guard in a Concierge post? This role focuses on customer service and building meaningful connections with people on all shifts in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, and more. • Provide customer service, welcome visitors, verify identities, and guide visitors as needed
• Manage access control and monitor entry points
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

• Authorized to work in the United States
• High School Diploma or GED (documentation required)
• Able to pass an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone and computer skills
• Security, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus
• State license if required

  Monday–Saturday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hours / Full-Time)
