Branch Security Officer

Overview

The Security Officer maintains a secure environment for clients and employees and serves as the store ambassador and first point of contact. This role supports store operations, security controls, and contributes to delivering elevated customer experiences and sales. The position performs both front-of-house hospitality and back-of-house operational tasks to protect assets and support the store team.

• Maintain a secure environment for customers and employees and act as the store ambassador.
• Support sales by deepening client relationships and delivering exceptional in-store experiences.
• Deter theft, report missing assets, respond to emergency situations, and implement incident management procedures.
• Follow security systems and procedures including daily inspections, alarm tests, key access controls, and report submissions.
• Perform operational tasks such as opening and closing procedures and assist with facilities repairs and communication with the store team.

• High school diploma.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work retail hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Preferred: experience in a retail or security environment and 1 year prior experience in a security-related position.
