Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at a retail location.;
Respond to incidents and disturbances in a calm, problem-solving manner and document observations as needed.;
Conduct regular armed patrols throughout sales floors, entrances, parking areas, loading zones, and surrounding perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.;
Monitor for suspicious behavior, policy violations, and hazards; assist with access control and incident response during busy shopping periods.;
Communicate professionally with management, employees, customers, and first responders while following post orders and assigned protocols.
