Hotel Security / Loss Prevention Officer - Full Time

The Loss Prevention Officer plays a vital role in preventing theft and keeping guests, customers, and colleagues safe. This is a fast‑paced, customer‑facing position that requires organization and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work afternoons and evenings on any day, including weekends and holidays.

• Conduct foot patrols throughout the property
• Respond to medical emergencies on the premises
• Assist customers, guests, and colleagues with any security‑related issues or questions
• Monitor and review camera footage
• Assist with security office duties—answer phones, dispatch calls, sign in visitors, handle lost and found, and conduct bag checks
• Perform all duties as assigned by the Security Supervisor and Security Director

• Proficient in basic computer skills
• Previous security experience and customer service or hotel experience preferred
• CPR and AED certification is a plus
