Overview
We are looking for a reliable and attentive Courtesy Officer to support the safety, security, and overall guest experience at our property. In this role, you will maintain a visible presence throughout the hotel by conducting regular patrols, monitoring activity in public areas, and identifying potential safety or security concerns.
Responsibilities- Maintain a visible presence throughout the hotel by conducting regular patrols, monitoring activity in public areas, and identifying potential safety or security concerns.
- Document and report suspicious behavior, hazards, and policy violations while helping create a secure and welcoming environment for guests, employees, and visitors.
- Operate under an “observe and report” approach and does not require physical intervention.
- Professional, alert, customer-focused, and able to remain calm and composed in a variety of situations.
