Elite Armed Security Officer - Retail Center

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout retail sales areas, receiving areas, parking lots, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity;
Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and store personnel by carrying out armed security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner while following applicable armed post procedures;
Monitor access points, observe customer and employee activity, and report suspicious behavior, hazards, or policy violations to appropriate personnel;
Complete accurate incident reports, patrol logs, and other required documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements
