Job Description As a Cleared Armed Security Officer - DOD Clearance Required in San Antonio, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As an Armed Patrol Officer at a leading aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and respond professionally to site needs.

Job Schedule:

Day Time Mon 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Thur 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Fri 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Sat 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Sun 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM What You'll Do:
* Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control requirements, and emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
* Conduct regular and random armed patrols of facilities, aircraft-adjacent areas, parking areas, restricted zones, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
* Monitor access points, verify credentials and authorizations, and maintain awareness of restricted-area entry and exit activity in accordance with site policies.
* Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following applicable armed response procedures and reporting requirements.
* Document patrol observations, incidents, and security-related concerns accurately, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

* Be at least 21 years of age.
* Possess a Level III Armed Security License in Texas.
* Possess an active DoD Top Secret Clearance.
* CPR Certification is preferred.
* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
* Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
* Participate in industry-specific security-related training programs.
* Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
