INTERNAL JOB OPPORTUNITY NIGHT SHIFT LEAD SECURITY OFFICER

Warhawk Group Security is excited to announce an internal opportunity for a Night Shift Lead Security Officer.

We are looking for a current team member who is ready to take the next step in their security career and demonstrate leadership, reliability, and professionalism.

• Lead and support officers during the night shift.
• Ensure officers are at their assigned posts and performing their duties.
• Monitor attendance, punctuality, appearance, and professionalism.
• Conduct site checks and ensure post orders are being followed.
• Assist officers with questions or issues that arise during the shift.
• Communicate incidents, concerns, and important updates to the supervisor.
• Complete and review required reports.
• Help maintain a professional and secure environment.
• Lead by example and promote teamwork.
• Follow and enforce Warhawk Group Security policies and procedures.
• Follow the proper chain of command and escalated issues when necessary.
