As a Security Officer
- Armed Patrol
- Financial Site in San Antonio, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions and more .

As a Patrol Armed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a secure environment within a financial institution location. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the premises, remaining highly visible to help prevent unwanted activity, and responding promptly to any security-related concerns. This is an armed post, requiring you to carry and maintain control of a firearm while on duty.

You will also interact with employees, visitors, and clients, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication at all times. What You’ll Do

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and maintain a visible presence.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of activities, incidents, and/or unusual occurrences as required by site procedures.
• Interact professionally with employees, visitors, and/or customers, providing assistance and information as needed.
• Remain alert and prepared to respond to emergencies or incidents, including those requiring an armed response, in accordance with Allied Universal training and site-specific guidelines.
