Hotel Security / Loss Prevention Officer – Overnight (Hyatt, San Antonio, TX)

At Hyatt, guests expect caring and attentive service. The Loss Prevention Officer ensures security and theft prevention, working late nights to keep guests, customers, and colleagues safe.

• Conduct foot patrols throughout the property.
• Respond to medical emergencies on the premises.
• Assist customers, guests, and colleagues with any security‑related issues or questions.
• Monitor and review camera footage.
• Assist with security office duties – answer phones, dispatch calls, sign in visitors, and conduct bag checks.
• Perform all duties as assigned by the Security Supervisor and Security Director.
