As a Armed Security Officer - Retail Patrol in San Antonio, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. • Provide customer service to clients, customers, and store personnel by carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the retail location, parking areas, delivery areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe customer and employee activity for potential theft, suspicious behavior, or other security-related issues; report observations according to site procedures.
• Complete accurate incident reports, patrol logs, and other required documentation, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Possess a Level III Armed Guard Card in Texas.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
