- Hiring Agency: Air Education and Training Command
The primary purpose of this position is to safeguard, inventory, and perform surveillance inspection, certification, maintenance, storage, and handling tasks on a variety of conventional munitions and material support components.
Key Responsibilities- Certified Munitions Inspector. Independently performs full-spectrum, comprehensive surveillance upon a multitude of non-nuclear munitions and components utilized by various mission partners.
- Transportation Specialist, Handler, and Hazardous Goods Preparer/Certifier.
- Inspect, classify, repackage, transport and store end-item on all munitions and support equipment
- Inventory Management Specialist.
- Preserves accountability and control of munitions
- Uses one or more types of trucks, such as pickup or flatbed trucks, which typically have a gross vehicle weight of 4,000 pounds or less, on public roads at highway speeds.
This position is with Air Education and Training Command, Department of the Air Force.
What is the salary for this position?The posted pay range is $57350 – $66867/yr.
