About Us:Beldon Roofing & Remodeling Co is a leading provider of commercial roofing services, known for our high standards, safety practices, and reliable work across San Antonio. We specialize in roof repair, maintenance, and service work on commercial flat and low-slope roofing systems, including TPO, EPDM, PVC, and modified bitumen.
Position Summary:We are seeking a skilled and safety-focused Commercial Roofing Service Roofer to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience with commercial roof systems, strong troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:- Perform commercial roof inspections, repairs, and maintenance
- Diagnose and fix roof leaks on TPO, PVC, EPDM, and other systems
- Install flashings, sealants, and other roofing materials as needed
- Safely operate tools, equipment, and ladders/lifts
- Complete daily job reports and communicate with service managers
- Ensure job sites are clean and meet safety standards
- Work independently or as part of a 2-person service crew
- 2+ years of commercial roofing experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying weather conditions
- Comfortable working at heights and using fall protection systems
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- OSHA 10/30 certification is a plus
