SA Rainmaker LLC is seeking a hardworking and mechanically inclined Plumber Helper/Irrigation Technician with a background in pipe fitting, irrigation, or general outdoor systems repair. This hands‑on role focuses on diagnosing and fixing irrigation and water system issues (excluding toilets and drains). You'll be working outdoors year-round in a fast‑paced environment, keeping our systems running smoothly and our customers happy.

Diagnose and repair irrigation lines, valves, and fittings (no sanitary plumbing)

Conduct inspections and troubleshoot problems with water flow or system pressure

Replace damaged components and ensure proper system functionality

Communicate repair needs and updates with clients and supervisors

Maintain accurate service records and daily job reports

Follow all company and safety protocols while working independently in the field

Maintain tools, equipment, and work vehicle in clean, safe condition

Support installation and service crews when needed

Prior experience as a plumbing helper, irrigation technician, pool installer, or general handyman

Working knowledge of pipe fitting, valves, pressure systems, and irrigation components

Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions year‑round

Licensed technicians (TCEQ Irrigation License or similar) preferred, but not required

Ability to lift 50+ lbs, bend, dig, and work with hand tools and trenching equipment

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Bilingual in English and Spanish is helpful but not required

Familiarity with irrigation timers, controllers, and backflow devices
