- Monday - Friday: 8 AM – 5 PM
- Every other Saturday: 8 AM – 2 PM.
- Welding & Fabrication:
Perform advanced MIG and TIG welding on aluminum, stainless steel, and various grades of carbon steel. - Custom Work:
Build and modify unique parts for trailers, heavy equipment, and structural applications—no two jobs are the same. - Outdoor Fabrication:
Work in outdoor environments and in various weather conditions. - Independent Work:
Operate with minimal supervision—creativity and problem-solving are a must. - Blueprints & Specs:
Read and follow fabrication drawings, shop sketches, and verbal instructions. - Rigging & Assembly:
Assist in the erection of equipment and structures using lifts, hoists, and basic rigging. - Shop Safety:
Maintain a clean and safe work environment while following company and OSHA safety standards.
- 5+ years of continuous welding/fabrication experience, including aluminum and steel.
- Strong TIG and MIG welding skills; proficiency in structural and custom work.
- Hands-on experience building large equipment or trailers.
- Hands-on experience maintaining and repairing trailer electrical, air and hydraulic systems, suspensions and paint.
- Hands-on experience as a building erector.
- Ability to work outdoors and adapt to changing site conditions.
- Excellent problem-solving and improvisational skills.
- Self-motivated and dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to lift 80+ lbs and operate fabrication tools and equipment.
- AWS or equivalent welding certifications a plus (not required).
This position involves working outdoors in all weather conditions. Candidates must be comfortable working independently or with limited supervision and be resourceful enough to solve complex fabrication problems in the field or shop.
