Starting Pay: $16 per hour + Weekly Bonuses
Bonus Structure:
You'll work in a crew of three. As soon as week 2 you will be eligible for bonuses. Our uncapped bonus structure rewards efficiency. Individuals in your same role, are earning upwards of $20 - 25 per hour on a weekly basis.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Be a part of a team that goes above and beyond in service by setting up and
maintaining a clean job site.

• Perform the work needed to install in-home foundation solutions. Your work will leave homeowners grateful and secure, knowing they're
safe in their homes.

• Lead with confidence by using tools and installing materials in a safe and
efficient way. Your safety and health are our top priority.

• Be hard working and reliable. If you're disciplined and ready to be rewarded for
your commitment, we want you on our team.

WHAT YOU OFFER

• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

• Ability to lift 50+ pounds

• Ability to do physically demanding labor (digging, carrying, lifting, crawling,
climbing, kneeling)

• Pre-employment screening includes, but isn't limited to, motor vehicle record and felony/misdemeanor background check

• Ability to travel 30% of the time

• Must be at least 18 years of age
